Shirley was very professional, proactive and patient with me when I was looking for a property to purchase. Still remember she called me up right away after she was assigned to help me. During the phone conversation, she would ask me questions about my criteria, told me what I should be looking for in my case and budget. She then sent me a list of property that we would be viewing within a couple of days. During each viewing, she would tell me what I should be checking, small things that she observed and told me the pros and cons of each property. I’ve learnt a lot of profession tips from Shirley after all the property viewing trips. I really appreciate her sincerity and her help during the entire process.

When I could not find anything within my criteria, she only showed me listings she thought would be suitable and to my taste above my budget by asking if I would like to see those before sending me listings. At no point did I feel pressurized, nor did I feel Rosa pushing me into a more expensive category to get the job done. I found Rosa to be professional, warm and caring. I felt supported in more ways than one in her expert care. She did all the necessary paperwork (including setting up the utilities and internet), introduced me to contractors she has used in the past to assist me with hanging art, curtains and so on and even showed up on moving day to walk me through the flat to show me how everything worked.
